We are happy to answer all of your questions and concerns regarding the spa procedures that we provide at our studio!

01. How Far in Advance Should I Book My Appointment?

We recommend booking your spa appointment at least 1 to 2 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. During weekends or tourist seasons in Goa, appointments can fill quickly. However, we also accept same-day bookings based on availability. Feel free to call or WhatsApp us anytime for instant confirmation.

03. Do You Accept SpaFinder, SpaWeek or SpaWish Cards?

Currently, we do not accept SpaFinder, SpaWeek, or SpaWish gift cards. However, we offer our own custom spa gift vouchers which can be purchased directly from our spa. These make great gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions. Feel free to ask our staff for more details.

05. What is the Difference Between Swedish Massage and a Deep Tissue?

Swedish massage uses gentle to medium pressure with long, flowing strokes to promote relaxation and improve circulation. It’s ideal for reducing stress and calming the body.
Deep Tissue massage uses firm pressure to target deeper muscle layers, helping with chronic pain, stiffness, and muscle knots. It’s more therapeutic than relaxing.

02. What Form of Payments Do You Accept? Do You Accept Gratuities?

We accept multiple forms of payment including cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, and all major debit/credit cards. Gratuities (tips) are not mandatory but are greatly appreciated if you’re happy with your service. You can give tips in cash or add them to your digital payment if you prefer.

04. What Should I Wear for My Massage?

You don’t need to wear anything specific for your massage. We provide clean disposable garments and towels for your comfort and privacy. During the session, only the area being treated will be uncovered. Just come in comfortable clothing, and we’ll take care of the rest.

06. Do You do any Specials for Groups?

Yes, we offer special discounts and customized packages for groups, including couples, friends, and corporate bookings. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, bachelorette, or just want a relaxing day out, we can arrange it for you. Please contact us in advance so we can prepare a comfortable group experience.
